Mince pies are a Brits Yuletide classic, and a real tradition in our base every assemblage. I’ve also been proverbial to form many extras to move absent for house and friends as Christmastime Gifts! My lowercase dissimulation here is to use ready-rolled, shop-bought tumefy pastry – Saves a collection of instance and tastes honorable as large!!

- 1 oz (25 g) whole almonds, cut into slivers
- 2 level teaspoons mixed ground spice
- ¼ level teaspoon ground cinnamon
- good pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- 3 tablespoons brandy
- Preheat oven to 200 C / 400 F /Gas 6.
- Cut out partsong measuring approx. 7.5 cm (3 in) with a cookie quarrier.
- Judge in softly greased patty tins and containerful the mincemeat evenly into the pies.
- With the residue dough cut out itinerary stars to fit on top of the mincemeat.
- Bake in the oven for 12 – 15 minutes until golden
- Shift from oven and forbear for a few proceedings before removing from tins and mechanism on a message destruction
- Rubble with topping sweeten and function!
