Egg Roll Soup

This Egg Listing Soup direction brings together all of those overpowering egg boil flavors we love in a soup! It’s fast and comfortable to pee, and easygoing to alter with meat, cowardly, or mushrooms (<- if you’d equivalent to change it vegan).

But this week, when the snarf soup craving hit for the billionth example, I started thought that it might be fun to try an Continent combust to this soup, maybe seasoned with few yummy flavorer and toasted benni oil and greenish onions, in lieu of my traditional Romance seasonings. 


  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
  • 6-8 cups chicken or vegetable stock
  • 1 medium white onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 small green cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound ground pork (or see other alternatives below!)
  • optional toppings: toasted sesame seeds, thinly-sliced green onions, homemade fried egg roll wrappers (or store-bought wonton strips)
