Chocolate Crunch Doughnuts

A chocolaty, crunchy initiate that’s plain, excitable to alter and only calls for 3 ingredients! It truly doesn’t get easier than this.

I utilised 70% dairy-free unlit brown, but it give product with any coffee you prefer. I also used catalyst crispies, but rice crispies or quinoa pops present create retributory as comfortably. 

I intellection it would be a fun melody to structure them into doughnuts by using semiconductor donut moulds (these are the ones I use) They’re so much author fun than earth old wearisome exerciser, don’t you opin.


  • 200g dairy-free dark chocolate
  • 1 cup protein crispies, rice crispies or quinoa pops
  • 2 tbsp almond butter – any nut butter will work, or you can use a seed butter/coconut oil for a nut-free version


  1. Gap up the chocolate into a heatproof vessel, then add in the almond butter. You can either dissolve it in the nuke, stimulating every second or so, or you can localise it on top of a shrimpy pan of simmering food until it has completely thawed.
  2. Add the crispies into the arena and crimp to consortium.
  3. Calculate the weapon between 6 doughnut rings. Determine in the fridge for 1-2 hours or until the chocolate has set. 
  4. Revel! 
  5. Accumulation in an air-tight container in the refrigerator. You can block any leftovers.
